When commissioning me, you are agreeing and adhering to these terms and conditions. So please read !!

these terms apply anywhere, regarding my tos. if i say "you are agreeing to my tos" or anything similar. this is the tos i'm referencing.

if you use my artwork in any way, you must credit me clearly where it is easily visible

i dont take paypal. i accept card, cashapp or link.com payments. or anything kofi may accept.

Payment is made before starting commissions. Any extras added are paid after with invoice

in some cases, you may be subject to royalties

You may not claim the work as your own ever. And you hold no rights over the work. You simply have a license to use it.

You may not feed any of the work into ai. if you do, i may be subject to compensation.

I have the right to use the commission for any purposes. Unless you express that you don’t want the commission to be public. Then I may consider it

you may not ever mass produce work

personal use covers websites, profile pictures, decoration, props, non-profit promotions, etc.

commercial use covers promotions, marketing, monetized content, vtubing, etc.

we will message in the third party app you purchased my commission in such as; atistree or vgen. i will contact you with wips.

i will update my carrd in the status section. do not message me for updates. you can do check ins but please try not to spam!

i typically work within 14 days depending on the complexity. but that may branch out to around a month. though usually i keep on time with deadlines and within the 14 day period. obviously unless something happens

i do not believe in "no refunds". but i do believe in compensation. i or the client can cancel at anytime. depending on the state of the project, that % will be refunded. if we're 50% through, you only get 50% refund. note if you cancel, do not expect a product

if neither i or the client replies within 30 consecutive days, the affected party will be compensated and all commissions with client will be canceled.

if client is purposely ghosting to lock account or ruin reputation. then that client will have to pay me, the artist, 50,000 usd in damages and all the commissions i had no access to for loss.

you can never resell my work. ever. only ever under a commercial license can you profit from it. you may never own the rights or sell the rights. for more about rights, look under 'rights to work'

If revoked, the client will be given up to 6 months to replace work. during that time, client cannot promote my work but they can monetize and sell if i am recieving royalties.

finally. don't be a dick. you know who you are. don't come up in here with that drama. i'll drop you faster than a gyatt.

you can really do whatever you want with my adopts. i don't really care. i just don't want people profiting off them more than me. that's kinda it but i do have some points to keep in mind;

you do not own the adopt. you have a license to use it and i retain rights to draw and profit off of them

i do not transfer my adopts but i can tag you as a license holder

you can edit the design. you can resell your perpetual license to use design but under og price paid

i sell my adoptables as is. i do not do edits

you can have a vtuber made in the adopts image but you must be the one using the model

no flipping allowed !!

if you get revoked, you must stop using my adopts. especially commercially. if you have a model made in the adopts image, you must stop using it or redesign the model. you cannot reference my adopt in the redesign, only if you get revoked though. if you did not get revoked and just wish to move onto a new model while keeping the image relevant, go ahead. i rarely revoke and only do it to sinder levels catastrophe so don't worry ;)

you must credit me when using my adopts or their image

you cannot take my artwork and use it commercially, especially not with mass production. if you want artwork, you must commission me, do the work yourself, or commission another artist

i do not do art trades. we pay in cash here. never assume you will not pay with cash.

other than that i don't really care what you do with the adopt. they're all 18+ and i'll be looking forward to what you do with them! so don't be scared to @ me ♥

In case of violation of these rules, I have the right to revoke ownership and/or resell the work. by buying from me, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
