When commissioning me, you are agreeing and adhering to these terms and conditions. So please read !!

these terms apply anywhere, regarding my tos. if i say "you are agreeing to my tos" or anything similar. this is the tos i'm referencing.

if you use my artwork in any way, you must credit me clearly where it is easily visible

under no circumstances will i allow my art to be used in ai, nfts, cypto currency, mass production or whatever the tech bros are doing now

i accept card or digital wallets. anything kofi or stripe may accept. including paypal

Payment is made before starting commission

You may not claim the work as your own ever. And you hold no rights over the work. You simply have a license to use it

everything is personal use unless you ask for commercial on request

You may not feed any of the work into ai or nfts or crypto or whatever the tech bros are doing now. if you do, i may seek compensation in some way

I have the right to use the commission for any purposes. Unless you express that you don’t want the commission to be public. Then I may consider it

you may not ever mass produce work

if you need commercial rights, ask. i'll ask why and i'll give you a license for that need if i'm interested

i typically work within 14 business days depending on the complexity. but that may branch out to around a month

i don't work weekends, i work business days

i only take limited slots each month, so i don't overwork myself. i don't have a queue list. just a small wait list

i'll send you the files when i'm done

i do not believe in "no refunds". but i do believe in compensation. i or the client can cancel at anytime. depending on the state of the project, that % will be refunded. if we're 50% through, you only get 50% refund. if we're 100% through, expect 0% refund. just note if you cancel, do not expect a product

if neither i or the client replies within 30 consecutive days, the affected party will be compensated and all commissions with client will be canceled

if client is purposely ghosting to lock account or ruin reputation. then as the artist, i have the right to seek compensation

you can never resell my artwork. ever. you may never own the rights or sell the rights. for more about rights, look under 'rights to work'

finally. don't be a dick. you know who you are. don't come up in here with that drama. i'll drop you faster than a gyatt

these rules concern any type of fanart i make of other peoples oc's or adoptables;

usually you can use my work in promotions and marketing. just not marketing of a sale for my work

i.e. promotion for a game using my work to highlight it. but never, selling a tshirt with my work somewhere on it. of course unless its a contact agreement but sometimes this rule may still apply

there are no refunds when it comes to adoptables. commissions have different rules as seen above

i reserve the right to use my work however i please

when my work is used, always give credit to me within everything my work is used for with direct links to me

In case of violation of these rules, I have the right to revoke ownership and/or resell the work. by buying from me, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
