terms of service

Commission and Requests;

IMPORTANT
○ i work within skeb rules ^{[no updates, communications or revisions]} so just make sure you're OK with those rules before ordering please○ you must be 18+ to order
○ when commissioning me and agreeing to these terms, you agree; that you understand, and you will be held liable within these terms

payment;

○ i take 100% payment upfront before starting the commission
○ i take all payments listed on the commission sites provided on my commission page
○ you should look into what payment methods are available on the third party site of choice before purchasing

✗ i do not accept direct payments, donations, tips, family and services or anything similar as payment for a commission

rights to the work;

○ i hold all rights to the work. you just have a license to use my work
○ licenses can be revoked at any time. especially if you are unreasonably causing harm to my brand or me in any way. you'll still have personal rights just no promotional/commercial use allowed
○ most licenses are perpetual ^{[lasting forever]}
○ i can use the work for whatever i need like promotions, listings or profolio use
○ personal and monetized rights allowed

✗ i do not sell merchandising, ai, nft or crypto rights for any of my work

order, process and delivery;

IMPORTANT
i take 5 slots per wave. i start the commissions as soon as i get them, in the order i get them. and when they're all done, i'll open another wave of slots

○ you can order from the provided sites on my commission page
○ complete the form
○ pay and agree to my terms○ turnaround is provided in the commission listing but it's usually around ~14 business days ^{[not including weekends]}
○ i will update you along my work queue○ once the commission is done, i will send you the files mentioned in the listing and there are no refunds after this point
○ and again i work within skeb rules ^{[no updates or direct communication]}. you can use the status page but nothing concerning direct messaging

✗ i do not have a waitlist. only a small queue
✗ i do not accept rush fees
✗ i do not accept orders over messages. only over the provided sites
✗ i do not conduct commissions or updates over messages. only through my work queue

refunds;

IMPORTANT
if you want a refund, please let me know ASAP. so i may stop all production and we can have a dedicated conversation
i don't believe in no refunds. but i do believe in compensation;

○ if i have NOT done anything with your commission what-so-ever, you can get a 100% refund. EXCLUDING any feesfor example, vgen takes a 5% fee and stripe takes a 2.9-3.9% fee on top of a 0.30 cent fee. if you paid 30 dollars, i will receive $27.85-$28.85. you will not get that ~$3 back. and this goes for any other fees during any part of the process○ if i have started the commission, and YOU request a refund. you will pay for the percentage i have done. this would be done on an individual basis. if i am 50% done, you get a 50% refund, again excluding any fees○ if I request the cancellation, i will give a 100% refund, including fees on MY side. this would exclude any fees from your side, such as paypal, but i will cover my vgen, stripe, etc fees○ if you've paid for the commission and the commission is finished. unfortunately, there are NO refunds after that point since you have been delivered the product
✗ you will NOT get any product through a refund, even if it is 50% of the way through. i only give out finished works✗ if you've been delivered the product, there are NO refunds
